Complete and submit your application form. Once your application is checked and approved, we will add the QVR Elite license(s) to your QID. You can confirm that you have received these license(s) by signing in to your QID account and using the License Manager.
First Round
Registration Time: July 12, 2021 10:00 (UTC+8) ~ August 14, 2021 23:59 (UTC+8)
License Distribution Date: September 1, 2021
License Valid Period: September 1, 2021 ~ September 1, 2024.
Second Round
Registration Time: August 17, 2021 10:00 (UTC+8) ~ September 16, 2021 23:59 (UTC+8)
License Distribution Date: October 1, 2021
License Valid Period: October 1, 2021 ~ October 1, 2024.
Each license can only be used in one application. If you already submit the license in the first round application, the same license cannot be used in the second round.
Note: The license(s) used for application must be activated over 14 days to participate in this program.

You must have at least one Surveillance Station license key (How do I find my license key?)

Log in to your QNAP Account QNAP Account (QID) and make sure you enter your email address.

Complete the application form.

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email.

After your application is approved, your QID will receive QVR Elite 3-year license(s).
You can find the Surveillance Station Product License Key on the packaging,
or login to QID and find the License ID in License Manager

1. If you have a first-generation license, the license key is 24-digits long and contains letters and numbers.
You can also find the license key in Surveillance Station’s License Management interface.

2. If you have a second-generation license, the license key is 25-digits long and contains letters and numbers.

3. If you purchased the license in QNAP Software Store, the license key is 24-digits long and contains letters and numbers.

Applicant Qualifications

You have at least one QNAP Surveillance Station license. The license was purchased and not gifted.

The built-in Surveillance Station basic licenses (e.g. TS-CAM-BS-xx) are not qualified to apply for free QVR Elite 3-year licenses.

You are the owner of the license.

The license has been activated. Un-activated license cannot be used in this offer.

The license has not been refunded.

Each license can only be used in one application. If you submit the same license in multiple applications, QNAP will review your qualifications based on the first application.

Each Surveillance Station license can be used to redeem a free QVR Elite 3-year license.
Yes. You can still use Surveillance Station on the original NAS where the license was activated.
After you submit your application, the system will send a notification email to the email address used for your QID. Once your application has been approved, you QID account will automatically receive the QVR Elite license(s). You can check for these license(s) using the License Manager.
You must activate the QVR license(s) in the License Center on your NAS. You must install the QVR Elite app before the licenses can be activated.
Yes. Each license is valid for a 3-year valid period. These licenses can be transferred to other NAS within this period.
First round application license valid period: September 1, 2021 ~ September 1, 2024.
Second round application license valid period: October 1, 2021 ~ October 1, 2024.
